Things People Ask Us

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for weddings and large events. For smaller gatherings, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient. Planning periods shorter than 2 weeks may attract a rush fee.
What is your payment structure?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and begin pre-event planning. The remaining balance is due at most one week before your event date.
Do you handle events outside Lagos?
Absolutely. We manage events across Nigeria and beyond. Events outside Lagos attract an additional transportation and logistics fee which will be communicated during consultation.
Can I use my own vendors?
Yes! We will never impose our vendors on you. However, we cannot be held liable for no-shows or tardiness from vendors not sourced through us. We always recommend our trusted partners for seamless delivery.
What if I need to cancel or change the date?
We are not liable for non-refundable charges from vendors or venues due to client-initiated cancellations or date changes. We advise maintaining a miscellaneous fund (5–10% of total budget) for unforeseen expenses.
Do you coordinate ushers and hostesses?
Yes. For all events above 50 guests, we require working with professional ushering agencies. Only intimate events below 50 guests are exempt from this requirement.
Will my professional fees change over time?
Due to inflation, our professional fees may be reviewed for events planned within a 6-month to 1-year window. We always communicate any adjustments transparently before finalising your contract.
What does the Full Planning package include?
Full Planning covers everything — vendor sourcing, negotiations, budget management, venue sourcing, a personalised mood board, customised floor plan, event logo, table tags, day-of coordination, and post-event follow-up. Truly hands-free.

Deposit & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your date and begin planning. The balance is due at most one week before your event.

Liability & Vendors

We shall not be liable for charges from vendor or venue cancellations initiated by the client, nor for no-shows from client-recommended vendors. A 5–10% miscellaneous buffer is advised.

Travel & Large Events

Professional fees do not include transportation for events outside Lagos. Guest sizes above 1,000 receive a separate custom quote. All prices quoted are VAT exclusive.
